REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Wade has been with the Coldspring Bismarck location from the beginning. He is responsible for running the day to day operations, setting up new accounts and vendors, project estimating, logistics and networking.
He is involved with the local Bismarck-Mandan Home Builders Association, NDNGLA, YPN, Bismarck- Mandan Chamber of Commerce, and volunteering with local outdoor conservation groups.
Originally from Minnesota, Wade graduated from NDSU and settled in Bismarck in 2011. If he’s not in the office, he’s traveling with his wife and kids or is on a hunting trip somewhere in North America.
James manages the day to day operations and is the customer service guy.
He can take care of whatever you might need in selecting, quoting, delivery, and installation.
He has worked in construction and contractor supply since 2005, and looks forward to working on this side of the building process.
James grew up in the Dakotas and served overseas in the United States Marine Corps before returning to Bismarck.
When not at work, James and his wife Lacey are at the hockey rink with their three daughters: Messina, Lydia, and Edith.
Stu Hoff
BOULDER BLOCK OPERATIONS
Stu manages our Boulder Block business from start to finish. He handles all production, orders, quoting and logistics.
Stu was born and raised in Western North Dakota and has remained in the state ever since.
He transitioned from working in landscape services where he developed a passion for helping others with their design ideas and needs.
When not in the office, you will find Stu doing any outdoor activity
including hunting, snowboarding, and golfing.
Lori Gross
INSIDE SALES
Lori will assist you with finding the perfect stone, from initial viewing to shipping for fabrication.
She will ensure all of your needs are being met whether you are a homeowner, designer, contractor, builder, or fabricator.
Lori was born and raised in North Dakota and loves staying close to family.
She has worked in various fields from construction to criminal justice, but loves working with people.
Lori loves spending time with her husband Joe and 4 kids. When she has time, she is playing golf, volleyball, camping or just shopping.
Wayne McMahen
FIREPLACE SALE TECHNICIAN
Wayne is the newest team member of our Bismarck Coldspring location.
Wayne is managing the fireplace expansion of Coldspring, including installation and sales of both gas and electric fireplaces
He was born and raised in North Dakota and has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry.
When not working Wayne enjoys shooting darts and pool with his wife Ange, or camping, fishing, and hunting with his four kids, Gage, Ciearra, Ashley, and Cole, and always enjoys spending time with his two new grandchildren Rayna and Beau.
