REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Wade oversees daily operations, including account management, vendor relations, estimating, logistics, and business development. A graduate of North Dakota State University, he has led the growth of the Bismarck location since its opening in 2011. Wade is also active in local industry associations such as the Bismarck-Mandan Home Builders Association and the Chamber of Commerce.
JAMES MADSEN
ASSISTANT MANAGER
James manages daily operations and customer service, assisting clients with product selection, quotations, delivery, and installation. He brings deep experience in the construction and contractor supply industries, where he has worked since 2005. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, James applies his leadership and problem-solving skills to every project.
Stu Hoff
BOULDER BLOCK™ OPERATIONS
Stu leads the Boulder Block™ division, coordinating production, orders, quotes, and logistics. With a background in landscape services and strong knowledge of regional design trends and site requirements, he works closely with clients to bring their outdoor visions to life.
Lori Gross
INSIDE SALES
Lori supports clients through every step of the stone selection process, from initial consultation to product shipment. She brings a unique blend of construction and customer service experience, serving homeowners, designers, contractors, and fabricators with care and attention to detail.
Wayne McMahen
FIREPLACE SALES TECHNICIAN
Wayne manages fireplace sales and installations, offering tailored solutions for both gas and electric models. With over 20 years in the construction industry, he provides expert guidance to homeowners and contractors alike.
